Native Access wont let me download my Traktor

I have a windows 7 laptop and having problems downloading my traktor back on through native access after having it on the same laptop as before.

Do you get some kind of error? Or is it just not there?

What version of Native Access are you using?

Latest version of Traktor does not work on Windows 7. You might need some installer for an older version.

try to start native access as admin, also try to delete all files in the download folder, or change the download folder in prefs

Thanks for your input @Uwe but no luck. installation has been prevented...could not retrieve download and install volume information?

Should i uninstall all drivers etc from the control panel and start again?

Version 1.14.1 as the latest version wont download.

As @lord-carlos said drivers you can download directly from the native website and older traktor versions for windows 7 too here.

Thanks mate. I did a system restore and its back on the laptop now.
