What is the difference between Native Access dark and light?

A recent (yesterday?) update to Native Access changed my background from Dark to Light. Now Native Access won't show anything from Komplete, despite re-entering password, restarting, etc.

Thanks for that. I spent about 45 minutes trying to delete everything I could find related to Native Access and fearing I was making an ever larger mess. When I then reinstalled NA and restarted, it still clearly had some prefs file still there because it didn't ask me to log in. But the good news: all my Komplete content reappeared anyhow. I don't know which deleted file was the corrupted one, I just hope I never need to do this again! Thanks for your help!

Hello,

dark and light (or system) just refers to a color theme, so it should not effect stuff you´ve problems with. Have you tried to reinstall with admin rights.

Reinstall what--Native Access? So delete that and re-download?

I'm nearly certain that my Mac user account is always Admin.

ahh ok you have a mac - then i don´t know, and yes i mean reinstall native access - Native Access (native-instruments.com)

That deleting and reinstalling didn't do anything. On the other hand, Native Access didn't ask me to log in again, so there must be prefs files remaining, which could be part of the problem. Do you know where they are, or is there a NI tool for deleting them?
