I purchased a second hand Maschine MK3 from guitar center. Obviously i can not register it. However, i did finally find the Transfer ID# inside the box. The issue is, whoever wrote it down in pen writes like a child and nothing i have tried is working. There is probably an infinite amount of ways it could be wrote down. I can't tell if 6's are b's or if e's are @ symbols. Or if a 9 is a q. I am exhausted and at my breaking point with it. I have ticket# 4003982 but honestly i am tired of waiting. Why does this process take so long just to get help? I am honestly probably going to return this thing because i spent my hard earned money on this and i cant get help with simple things. I was really looking forward to creating on this but the powers that be don't seem to want that for me. Can anyone tell me if the format is a certain way or if theres no letters at this point or that point so i can narrow down the infinite answers? I am going to try my hardest to wait a little bit longer. Thank you.
