I've been watching all the videos for what's 'New to Me' when I upgrade to Kontakt Komplete 14 Ultimate but the last hour or so it's not showing 'my account', and when I try to load the Komplete info the website just hangs up, anyone else having the same issue?

I just wanted to say that I'm happy to be a part of the Native Community. I have visited other forums like on Facebook and this place seems to set the bar.
