Mayhaps there are different email addresses.
Before this forum becomes active the admins told all users to bring the old emails to the same of your NI account.
Not sure how it works, any idea @Kaiwan_NI ?
I'll check with the platform provider what might be the cause here 🤔
Might have a been a hiccup with the migration of users last year.
