Reaktor Tips & Tricks from the old forum
The idea is to dig-out valuable information from the old forum and post them again here, so they will be preserved.
Here is the link to the Web Archives, so... lets dig!
Necessary Rule:
- You should post the name of the person who provided the tip that you re-post here, at the end of your comment, "posted by John", or "originally posted by John".
Note: Ideally, we should avoid posting things that are already posted here, or they are included on manual.

Of course there is an error! It is not a "real" site, but just a backup of the pages. Actually, apart from the login, anything else that is interactive, will also not work. That applies to any of the 818 billion web pages saved by the Wayback Machine web archive.

What do you mean? You can't "use it".
You can only read it and copy info from there... occasionally you can find some old downloads too.
Consider it as the University's old library were you go to discover some rare dusty manuscripts... 😊

Search is elementary. Any idea how to search the old forum in waybackmachine?

Search box inside archived NI pages is not working of course. As any other kind of "dynamic" option. Only static (such as the pages themselves).
Search on waybackmachine will give you results from all the web.
I'm afraid that the only way, is the way of a passionate explorer or an archaeologist... slowly, page by page.... and, by the way, there, is all the fun, imo... ;-)

I wanted to revisit a post of mine on the old forum , since it's a goldmine of information
IS it gone for good ? .
Like the same prank presonus recently made by killing a complete form and it's valuable information ?This is just ridiculous

There is already a discussion about the old forum (link is in the first post) here, so i merged your question.
Old forum was gone more than 2 years ago, when this forum was created. The reason was incompatibility with the new forum. It exist only in the WebArchives. Only its static pages. Every dynamic page (search, login etc) are not working.
