How to create Reaktor Arpeggiator?
Does anyone know how to create a arpeggiator in Reaktor. I require an arpeggiator that does octave range scaling (etc up and down, down and up, random).

uhhhh... kinda. i built one that sorts by last played notes as opposed to note order. after that octave shifts can be done trivially. arpeggiators are something that are trickier than most things in reaktor, given the way reaktor handles voice assignment

Steampipe 2 works with voice cycle
Please try the 16 years old Koyaanisqatsi arpeggiator by Cris List. It's a Virus KB Style Programmable arpeggiator + Synth.

Except what he builds is a simple step sequencer, not an arpeggiator

true! ...but still, you can do much more sophisticated arpeggios by using a seq as an arp... if you still want a simple arp, you can keep (for example) the length to 3 notes (lets say F, G#, C) and you have a typical trance arpeggio. But you can do much more complex things. In fact, the above posted "Koyaanisqatsi arpeggiator" (among others) are based on a sequencer logic (at least as far as i can tell)...

Sequencers are very powerful, no doubt, you can do all sorts of things with them. Still not an 'arpeggiator' though
Main thing for an arpeggiator in the sense than most folk would understand is that you hit a bunch of keys on a keyboard, and the arpeggiator automatically orders them and plays them in a repeating sequence driven by a clock.
So technically, part of an arpeggiator is a sequencer. However, it's the other part, the one that takes the notes from the input, processes them, and presents them to the sequencer that is the interesting bit, that's what distinguishes an arpeggiator from a sequencer. That's also the part that is by far the more difficult component to create in Reaktor.

Here's a simple arpeggiator ensemble, it's pretty crude. I'm also attaching the polyphonic MIDI in block I that used for sorting / ordering the notes, I need to improve this block at some point to provide different sorting methods (high to low, first to last etc), would be super useful to have.
