I have K13 Ultimate. Now I would like to get the iZotope 4.1. What is the correct workflow?

If I follow this link: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/catalog/my-komplete-offers/

It leads me to "No products found, please try a different search."

And I also have the feeling that there is any way a bug already for a long time. Cause even I own the K13 Ultimate, it shows that my upgrade only refers to Maschine Mikro even I don't own the Micro anymore and have the MK3 instead.

Just to be clear, the offer isn't "how to get the Izotope bundle for cheap" but a bundle of both Komplete + MPS. Since you have Komplete 13 Ultimate, you can grab both Komplete 13 Ultimate Collector's Upgrade for Ultimate and MPS 4.1 via the bundle here: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/pricing/komplete-13-ultimate-collectors-edition/

If you are only interested in MPS and not necessarily Komplete, this offer might not be for you and we'd suggest checking on the Izo side if they have more specials going on 😉

Is there any plan to link NI & Izotope accounts?

Currently own NI Komplete 12 & Izo Ozone, Neutron, RX 8 Std - But there's no communication between the two sites on how that could affect upgrade paths. Currently they're basically two separate offers, upgrade the NI account or upgrade the Izotope account.

In either case, I'd have to 'upgrade via offer' on one site or the other and then effectively be left with a load of product to resell. Arduous. Its a nice offer for people invested in one camp or the other, but someone with equal investment in both gets left behind. I feel like the two entities aren't properly aligned yet.

I'm not 100% sure where things stand on this and I agree that we should totally have a way to align both systems. I'm hoping we'll get more information on this as we work closer with Izotope.
