HellO!
I bought Komplete 14 and installed everything, including Reaktor but my Cubase doesn't show any Reaktor plugin. What am i doing wrong?
Thanks!
If you are on Mac and M1/M2 CPU... And not running Cubase in Rosetta...
Few NI programs are not ported to AS yet. Reaktor is one of those, it needs to run under Rosetta.
@Kubrak he is on win (see his profile)
If you are on win 11. Reaktor isn't ready for win 11
I have win10
Which version of Cubase you drive?
Is there an FAQ at Steinberg about Reaktor?
Most likely you need to re-scan your vst folders.
I have Cubase 12 Pro
Don't look at VST3 – R6 ist VST 2.4.
https://steinberg.help/cubase_pro_artist/v9/en/cubase_nuendo/topics/vst_instruments/vst_instruments_c.html
I can see the app Reaktor 6 and open it as a standalone, but
there is no plugin called Reaktor to open in Cubase
IMHO Cubase is VST 3 only since version 11. Is that right?
Reaktor is VST 2
So don't invest in Cubase if you want to run Reaktor as .dll.
Never occurred to me before, but when you install Reaktor, does it ask if you want to install plugins. I don't remember. I think you'll get 2 plugins, one is for vsti, the other is vst. I found them here. They're also under 32 bit.
That's insane. Unbelievable,
No Al, VST 32-bit is out of order at NI instruments.
I see, I only use vst 64 anyway. I found it hard to believe Steinberg would try to eliminate vst 2 plugins in cubase 12. That's bad news and would hurt their sales. That's what's unbelievable.
