Hello,

I would like to record midi notes into a sound slot from my m32, then send to an external synth to nob twiddle real time. I've been struggling to get this set up. Please help.

Select the Keyboard as your INPUT>MIDI>Source

Then select your synth as the OUTPUT>MIDI>Destination

Then just record something or play and it will be sent to your Synth.

Thanks man, that's what I've been trying. I'm starting to think my device is not putting out any midi signal.

Are the M32 Input MIDI ports enabled in the preferences?

Use a MIDI monitoring tool to confirm MIDI is being sent, if it is then It's probably an issue/setting on your synth

It seems I am getting midi out, but no sound. I'm testing with my emu orbit, the midi light flashes, so it's getting notes sent to it. Rn I have it just plugged into the maschine audio ins. Getting super frustrated. Would love to also get maschine to recognize my zoom L12 interface mixer but that's an issue for another day.

For whatever reason, it now just works. Freaking finally
