Is the Reaktor User Library having problems.

Tried to get in there and it wouldn't accept my user name and password. Tried the forgot password and it was suppose to send a password reset to my email. I did not receive an email and after trying a few times it locked my account. Maybe I'm confused, does the users library have a different sign in than our regular account? I found this Note: The password for your user account is the same for Native Access, native-instruments.com, the Community Forum and Sounds.com. I believe this post is in the community forum. Weird , any ideas???
