Reaktor Player runs in 30min demo with Razor

Hi, this is driving me mad so I hope someone can help (I've sent a support message but had no response). Every time i try to use Razor it opens Reaktor 6 and displays a message saying its running in demo mode and gives a 30 minute countdown.

As far as I'm aware, Razor should be fully useable with Reaktor 6 Player, but despite uninstalling/reinstalling everything NI that I have, i still get the same problem. I've tried opening it on it's own, through Komplete Kontrol, and in Cubase, all with the same result.

What am I missing here, do I need to buy the full Reaktor 6 program to use Razor (and the other Reaktor instruments)?

I've heard the player only lasts for 30 minutes with any ensemble. I have the full version and was disappointed when I found this out. But it may not be true, I have musician friends that would like to use my ensembles but have no interest in making them. Seems silly for a play only version to stop after 30 minutes. These friends will never purchase the full version anyway. On the other other hand there may be a play only license that is cheaper and does away with the demo mode. Contact customer support, it might actually work that way.

Thanks, I am wondering if that's the case, although it says "RAZOR runs in the free REAKTOR PLAYER" on the Razor page, no mention of it only working for 30 minutes. I contacted support a week ago but i've had no response. Cheers for your thoughts on it.

Do you buy Razor at the time when Reaktor 5 was active? If yes, start R5 and load in Razor.

It seems Razor and R6 isn't authorized for you but R5 and Razor: yes.

If you double click Razor it opens R6 the actual Reaktor.

I'm curios how you get the player. I have ver 6 of Reaktor but would like to know if the player times out. My friend doesn't have reaktor but wants to use something I made with reaktor.

I was under the impression 'player' version would fully run instruments such as Razor but not ensembles such as you suggest for longer than 30 mins. This is where I am trying to understand the situation but NI aren't responding to my messages.

Is there another play only version that doesn't time out. I'm thinking the timeout version only plays locked ensembles for vendors or something.

Al, only if you use an authorizes instrument like Prism, Razor, Flesh, Form etcpp.

Let your friend buys Reaktor 6 for 199 €uros. As I start in 2004 it costs 399 … and it was R4 only.
