Has anyone ever placed am order but never received their download email?
Its been over a day for me usually it comes thru right away. Never had that happen to me and customer service is lagging.
To everyone who assisted me in this thread, Jeremy, PoorFellow and VocalPoint, I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude. I received emails from Native Instruments support team today and the items I purchased are now visible in my accounts. I did need to log out of Native Access and the log in again as a final step in order for the plugins to become visible there. Thank You VocalPoint for your last message it made all the difference in the final steps. If nothing else technology requires patience and perseverance. I did an install of one plugin from my Native Access account to see if it would be recognized in Komtakt Player 8. It did require restarting my computer for it to show up there but it did so I now have confidence to continue adding others. Thanks Again
Then it's better to wait for support to get back. It would seem something went wrong with the order and products are not yet available on your account. Unfortunately I can't help you more here. My colleagues have the necessary tools. they should get back to you as soon as possible.
@Jeremy_NI , Okay I am willing to wait for a reasonable period of time but I have been dealing with these issues for 6 days at this point. If nothing meaningful materializes soon I will reach out to my payment resource to seek a refund and just chalk it up to a bad experience and move on.

If what you see in your "master" NI Account - online (Many downloads) - does not agree with what you see in Native Access - this sounds like a credentials issue.
Whatever username/password you are using to login to your NI Account (Online) - the same identical creds must be used when logging into Native Access. These two are mirrors.
