Aquire License ID

Question

Hey folks,

I have recently inherited a "Komplete Kontrol S49 MK2 MIDI Keyboard" from a friend who has recently passed away.

I've tried to contact support, but keep getting AI responses saying I need to contact the owner of the license. Which is going to be pretty difficult obviously.

I provided images (serial number and product ID)  to show proof that I now own thekeyboard. Still getting no help or responses.

Can someone please help or direct me to someone who can, preferably not a robot.

How can you tell if a ticket has been closed?

We can ask if @Jeremy_NI  could please check the state of your ticket ?
