Cant start maschine - activation-loop on start screen

bought new maschine+ 3 standalone but serial and product registration fails with error message. Serial already connected to some buyer who sent product back.

What can i do? No response on tickets, no service agents. Just that ai-agent opening tickets like its tombola.

Is there any workaround to skip that loop-stuck on starting screen?

1- Such language is a major reason for instant ban from the forum.

2- Making multiple tickets (if you did) is a main reason for a request to delay (no requests are ignored, however).

3- Please check your email (and your spam folder!). Once you submit a ticket, the conversation continues through your email.

5- This might be another reason for delay: Unfortunately for you, we are in the bigger sales period of the year and the demands are extremely high. Still, you will get a response of course, but perhaps a day or two later than usual.

thanks for your response. that escalated somehow while writing. sorry for being too harsh.
I guess it was major mistake looking up the german google reviews before discovering the community.

Anyhow, im happy about your response and knowing solutions are right around the corner.
Unfortunately Maschine remains useless till then, right? Or is there any way to get the software package pre-solution?

still nothing. Come on, thats far away from customer friendly. Nobody should wait days for such a response.

Thinking about returning it to finish this drama. Really sad, as i was a really sincere customer for years and this crashed my weekend gig.

You really think Akai is going to respond any quicker? I don't think they even have an official forum.

Threatening to return it or use another brand isn't going to speed things up. Just be patient.

@miggmag I found your 2 tickets from yesterday. We're still in the biggest sales special of the year and our reply times are a bit longer than usual. I've pinged my colleagues, someone should get back to you soon, most probably early next week. I've merged the tickets in this one: 4744669.

It seems this unit is indeed registered to another user. It can happen when customers return the device to the shop, omitting to de-register it. It's also the responsibility of the shop to make sure of that de-registering. If this would have been done, you would have had to deal with this. Please keep this in mind before using these words and this tone.

I understand it's frustrating but there is no need to use this kind of language and try to ping the whole community, which btw doesn't work.

Nobody wants to spend almost 1k on a useless paperweight, just bcause some idiot stole the serial an ni lets u loosing your gig.
