problem with serial key

Hi. I'm from Poland. I bought my first mk3 maschine NEW from the store. The box was completely closed and I have a problem. I downloaded the Native application and when I enter the product code for activation, it shows me a message that it is already assigned to another account. This is impossible because the set is new. Please help me quickly. Thank you Szymon.

What store did you buy it from?

[EDIT] Probably somebody bought it, used the serial number to get the software, then returned it.

I bought Super Sound in a Polish store. It wasn't a native site.

@Szymi Not sure what happened here, my colleagues will be able to sort it out. I see that you already contacted them, good. Maybe you can add a copy of the invoice to them too. It can happen that another customer bought it, registered it and decided to return it to the store without de-registering it, we've seen this happening before. No worries my colleagues will find a solution.
