Installation failed for any Reaktor instrument on MacOS 26

I'm using macOS 26.1 and I can't install any Reaktor instruments in Native Access.

I have granted Native Access, NTKDaemon, and Reaktor full disk access permissions and used the default installation path, but the installation still fails.

Manual installation of the download package still fails.

Hey @Shiovang and all other affected users.

The installation of Reaktor Instruments fails on Mac Os 26 and on Mac Os 15 when trying to install on an external hard drive.
We are working on a fix for that issue, in the meantime you can install them via the following workaround:

Download Reaktor instrument folder & unzip all Reaktor Instruments product folder.zip
Place the Reaktor instruments folders you own in the default location: Mac HD > Users > Shared

Download the installed_products-json files and unzip them all installed_products-json-files.zip
Move the corresponding json files to this location:
Macintosh HD > Users > Shared > Native Instruments > installed_products

Restart your computer and open Native Access

The Reaktor Instruments should now be listed as installed and get automatically activated by Native Access

have you also given access to the network as far as i know it´s also necessary with later mac os versions.

I have noticed that those kind of errors usually has to do with wrong path/configuration settings in .json files and/or registry (for Windows, or its equal, for Mac).

For some reason, it seems that, even if you do all this mentioned troubleshooting and re-installation the application setup "sees" the .json file and do not update it (unless if the file is deleted, so setup recreates it, correctly this time). So, it has to be changed manually.

The above are just personal observations, but they might prove useful on some cases.

Not only external hard drive. Any installation of Reaktor plugin fails on my Macbook Pro's internal 1Tb drive, while full disk access was provided to both NA and daemon. When I download directly ISO file, e.g. Blocks Base (via https://www.native-instruments.com/en/account/downloads) - open pkg from iso mounted - it says "There was no software found to install".

Only the hidden Part 1.pkg file installs it finally (without prompting path of installation). This issue not only happens with Reaktor - same happens when I try to install "Battery 4 Factory Library".

I'm also affected by the issue above. The fix mentioned above will get my Native Access to recognize that the products are present, but within Reaktor 6 it seems I have no way to 'rescan' and it can't find any instruments. /var/log/install.log has a group of log entries for each of the previous installation failures, and they all look like this one:

I attempted to grab "Reaktor Factory Library" from native-instruments.com/en/account/downloads and was able to grab the ISO. The installation failed the same way it failed with Native Access. However, now I have a bunch of additional entries in /var/log/install.log that may help developers correct this

Apologies, it seems that I am running MacOS Tahoe, and the official statement is that Tahoe is not currently supported. https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/30349331442717-macOS-26-Tahoe-Compatibility-Statement

I'll stay tuned for a fix. I just upgraded to Tahoe a week ago and went all in on the Komplete Ultimate 15 upgrade from 10 with the black friday sale 😅
