I've been a bedroom DJ for quite a few years in the past and occasionally still like to play around with my library using a S2 Mk3. I also have a X1 Mk1 and because I miss a few buttons and functionality on the S2, I decided to add the X1 to the mix.
That's when I found that although in Traktor I can add the X1 as a controller, it seems to have no mapping at all and so it doesn't function. Only in MIDI mode I get some life out of it and it looks like I have to make my own mapping to get it to work. I did find a mapping on the old DJTools site that works quite well, but I can't understand why the X1 doesn't seem to work in it's native mode.
Isn't the X1 supported in Traktor Pro 3 anymore? (natively that is) - am I overlooking something?
