I recently purchased Komplete Signature Series 2 for FL Studio. The bundle shows up fine in Native Access, and all products appear installed and activated. However, bx_Glue runs only in trial mode inside FL Studio.
From what I understand, bx_Glue is licensed through Plugin Alliance, and NI is supposed to provide a redemption/serial code. The problem:
- I never received a Plugin Alliance code in my order e-mail.
- Native Access shows bx_Glue as “installed/unlocked” but there’s no separate serial listed.
- I cannot open a support ticket with NI or Plugin Alliance — the “Contact Support” buttons just endlessly reload the support homepage.
- I also cannot access the Plugin Alliance forum to ask there, nor contact their support (the chat bot simply does not load). I have tried for weeks now, and have had no luck.
Has anyone else run into this? Is there another way to retrieve the missing PA serial for bx_Glue, or a workaround for linking the license to my Plugin Alliance account?
Thanks in advance, this experience has been a serious indictment on Native Instruments and Plugin Alliance for me.
