No instruments after installing KK A61

Hi. I bought a KK A61 and the store's website stated that the package would include MONARK, GENTLEMAN, REAKTOR PRISM, and SCARBEE MARK I. I installed what was included in the package in Native Access, but the above instruments are not available. Please help. Below is a screenshot of what I managed to install. My KK A61 is add in Native Access.

Where - exactly - did you buy this?

Your current config looks like a standard install of Komplete Start - which includes none of the product you mentioned.

To be honest - your list (and it's products) look a bit "dated" - I seem to recall these products may have been included in a prior Start bundle years ago - but that gets updated and refreshed every year.

Did you redeem the Komplete Select voucher in the store ?

Quote A61 product page : A-Series keyboards come with everything you need to start making music. Register your hardware and receive a voucher for the Komplete 15 Select edition of your choice.

Registering the hardware will result in you getting emails(s) from NI with codes to get the DAW Ableton Live Lite and a voucher redeem code to get Komplete Select 15 for zero. If you didn't get the emails then check email spam folder .

You are supposed to go to the N.I. site and buy the Komplete 15 Select of your choice for zero using the voucher code , when bought then Komplete 15 Select should then be added to your account and the bundle content added in the Native Access library.

Also then be sure that you both are logged in to the correct account (same as the the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page) and that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS .

Else then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .

I bought the KKA61 from Media Expert in Poland. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a discount code for Komplete Select via email. I also checked my spam folder.

You will only receive a code AFTER registering the board to your NI account.

Cannot tell at this point if you have done that or not.

Fair enough.

Could be this specific A61 board is an older vintage or the descriptions on the NI site are in error.

Suggest you contact NI Support to check your account and find out why you did not get a voucher.

And be very sure that the email address your use for the NI account is the same as your day to day email - your voucher will only go to the email address on your NI account - and nowhere else.
