How can I contact support, please don't refer me to the online virtual chat as this is the crux of the problem. I have 3 license transfer's for different iZotope plugins which I have sent multiple times via the online chatbot, each time it says it has sent them and created a ticket, but this has been going on for nearly 3 weeks now and none of the transfer's have been completed and I've received no confirmation of the support ticket. This used to be an easy process, you created a ticket and normally within 48 hours you would receive a response. I see online I am not the only person experiencing this problem.
