Hello, I've recently been getting this message when I try to install applications, regardless of their type.I haven't changed anything on the system (just the OS update); everything worked fine before. I've had this problem since the Sequoia update.All of the known solutions from NI have had no effect. Does anyone have similar problems?

Did you double check all the Mac must do ? :

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

and disks must be of correct format (APFS for Sequoia) : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)

if using Sequoia then N.I.apps must be added to the Local Network (Ref.: How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)

ok, thank you, i think the problem could be that i installed software from 2 ! different NI accounts on one i-mac…could this be the problem?

That might give problems or unforeseen consequences if you attempt to mix and install two N.I. accounts on same computer , though I personally do not know the consequences. If you have two NI. accounts then you could get N.I. Support (all) to merge the accounts. I will also have to advice you to get their help to solve any problems that you might have created by attempting to mix accounts.
