I need help installing my Maschine 3.0 update bundle

i've purchased the 25 maschine 3.0 update and it shows in my order history and also state that it has been registered but i don't no how to install via the native access.. Can someone help me as the updates do not show in the native access. I have attached every step i did for clarity and to show exactly where im stuck.

    I removed the serials from the image, for the love of god dont post personal serial numbers on public foruns.

    Talk with NI support, say you made a mistake and ask kindly for a refund.

    Gentle reminder to never post product serial numbers to this forum.

    To the issue - if the product is showing as Registered - but is not appearing in NA - we would need to know your OS and version of NA - as this listing IS a mirror of your actual NI Account - and logically - should be showing as being ready to install.

    Also - not exactly sure why you purchased both the Maschine 3 Update AND the Maschine 3 Bundle Update - I believe there is some unnecessary duplication there.

    1. Mac OS is Monterey version
    2. native access 3.18.1

    This is my situation, i didn't understand. I thought i needed both updates to make it work…

    How can i get this update to work? as im buying things i don't need…

    Well - your issue is your OS. Maschine 3 is not supported under Monterey:

    You will need to consider an OS upgrade.

    As far as the duplication of Maschine product - consider reaching out to NI Sales Support to have them check these purchases and ensure you only pay for what you need.

    Pretty sure these two contain the same software - while the "bundle" I think has more content. That is the one I would stay with.
