Bought an item, license transfer request...

A purchase was made on ebay by myself. This was a copy of Komplete 12. The license for your product did NOT go through. The registration card seemed intact. The ebay seller patkerest_0 swears his copy of software sent was a genuine uregistered product. He asked that I contact you to see if I could resolve this issue. Please describe to me the means necessary to clear up this issue here, and if not here, then on ebay. Thank you

My immediate personal advice would be to ask for a refund from seller.
Anyway , then the only ones that can help you with such issues are N.I.Support.
