technical problems

Hello Native Instruments,
I recently bought the Traktor Pro 4 update with serial TP4ED-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, but I don’t own Traktor Pro 3 under my Native ID account.
The mistake happened because I used to work with Traktor Pro 3 from another teacher’s license, and I thought the update would still work.
Could I please get a refund for this purchase, or can you help me convert this to the full version of Traktor Pro 4?

Please contact N.I. Purchase Support and ask for a refund because you bought the wrong product. That should pose no problem since the purchase does not fit the account.
