OSX 12.2 Grant Access problem

I just bought Izotope Production Bundle and when I try to run the Native Access it keeps telling me to grant access, but I've activated it in the System preferences.
But I can't see that NTKDaemon has been installed. Do I need that? Where can I find it?
Or is there something else I need to do to make it work?

You should add Native Access to the "Full Disk Access" section in your last screenshot. That should allow Native Access to install the NTKDaemon app.

I am assuming you have purchased Music Production Suite?

You might need a Mac OS upgrade as well:

Oh, I thought I had the latest update. But I actually found help to run Native Access and download the products. Now I just need to find out how to download Guitar Rig 7 and Driver, which seems to be downloaded in another way than the rest.

Unfortunately - Guitar Rig 7 is not an option for you:

You will need Mac OS 13 or higher for that.

We are on 15.4.1 now, mate. With Macs, it's good to be slightly behind with OS version, but not THAT behind 😉

    Now I'm running Sonoma. ;-)
But where can I find the installation for my Guitar Rig 7?

Please do not open more discussions on same topics.

First check that the Guitar Rig 7 Pro is registered to your account :

You should be able to see any serials connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products. Also the serial could be listed in any emails that you got from N.I. , please check emails including spam folder.

    It's not listed there.

If the serial is not listed as neither Registered nor as Not registered then check your emails from purchase to see if there is any redeem information or any serial to redeem. (also check email spam folder.)

Else then if you bought at Native Instruments site then contact N.I. Purchase Support for help and if you bought at iZotope site then first check your account there for any serial and if still no luck then please contact iZotope Purchase & account support

In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care

If you do not see GR7 in your NI account - then you wll not see it in Native Access.

I would ask - how did you purchase your "Production Bundle" and from where? Each time I have done this - I received an email listing ALL the serials for the bundle - and each had to be added manually to either iZoTope Product Portal OR to Native Access. I did this with my GR serial that was included with my v5.2 Product Bundle.

Just know that buying this bundle - will usually leave you with some manual serial number work to do - so do not expect this bundle to be automatically registered for you.

I bought it from a Music Store in Sweden (online). I got the download link and a serial number for iZotope. Everything was downloaded, but not Guitar Rig 7 which is from Native Instruments. The NI serial number is in another format.

"The NI serial number is in another format."

    That is correct.

Add that serial to Native Access - when logged in with your NI account - then you will see the GR7 download appear.

When I add that serial number in Native Access it gives me an error saying: Please fill each box with 5 characters.
The iZotope serial number isn't in groups of five. It's a different format.

What VocalPoint means is that you need to add the Guitar Rig 7 serial that you have in Native Access not the iZotope serial.

How to install and authorize the Music Production Suite 6 Bundle

Example of an NI serial number : GR6U6-BC8KD-97D95-4CD28-XXXXX

Example of an iZotope serial number : SN-MPS5-ENKB-5X39-367B-XXXX

Example of a Plugin Alliance redemption code : PA-SW-95674D3XXXXXX

Example of an Exponential Audio activation code : 9377-9276-9907-7261-3355-8196-XXXX-XX

But it doesn't even show up in Native Access. I can only see Guitar Rig 6 LE and Guitar Rig 7 Player there. Not the Guitar Rig Pro.
