    Hello fred974,

If your Native Access is stuck on "Loading Products" page:

    For Win:

First please delete the User Registry entries of Native Access and the NTKDaemon:

    1. Click the Windows Start button at the bottom left side of your screen.
    2. Type "regedit" into the search field, then press Enter to open the Windows Registry Editor.
    3. In the Registry Editor, navigate the folder structure to this location and locate the folder for the NI product that is crashing:
    4. HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Native Instruments >
    5. Delete the "Native Access" and the "NTK" entries

Next please clear the Native Access cache by deleting the following folders:

    1. Click the Windows Start Button on the bottom left of your screen.
    2. Type %localappdata% and press Enter.
    3. This will open the following folder location: C: > Users > *Your User Name* > AppData > Local
    4. go into the Native Instruments directory and delete the "Native Access" and the "NTK" folders

    For Mac:

First please clear the Native Access cache by deleting the following folders:

    1. Navigate to the following location: Macintosh HD > Users > your username > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments
    2. Delete the "Native Access" and the "NTK" folders

Next please delete the UserUser plist of Native Access and the NTKDaemon:

    1. Navigate to the following location: Macintosh HD > Users > your username > Library > Preferences >
    2. Delete the com.native-instruments.Native Access.plist and com.native-instruments.NTKDaemon.plist
    3. restart your computer

    I hope this helps☺️

I also have this problem today.

Suddenly out of nowhere, just opened my PC and then Native Access, for my usually "check for updates" task… N.A. stuck in "loading products".... I wait 10 minutes and shut it down, then tried again, same thing… never had any issues before, i mean never-ever! Yesterday it was working normally.

There was, however, a Windows update yesterday... maybe Microsoft (as usual) messed-up things again so, perhaps Native Access needs an update? @Jeremy_NI?

Please do not downgrade to legacy Native Access 1 for any reason!

All new software (including Traktor 4) are incompatible!

Or, to say it more correctly, Native Access 1 is incompatible with all new software, because it's completely obsolete. It only exists for compatibility with same legacy products and some archaic operating systems (Windows 7 etc.)

Hello fred974, Traktor Pro 4 will not appear in Native Access 1 as it is not supported from our new products. Can you please try to reinstall the Native Access 2 using the direct download link below:

Then please restart your computer afterwards.

    I hope this helps☺️

I have this problem on the Mac (OS 15.4.1) Native Access (3.18.0). I have tried the Library clean-up as mentioned above, still no success.
Is it possible to download Native Access 3.17.0, or whatever the previous version to 3.18.0?

    Spike

" i think it reinstall the folder i erase in fact"

Yes this is what it is supposed to do.

We delete such info (folders, registry entries) in order to remove wrong data and having a fresh, clean install, without the need to re-install the product. The application will re-create everything from scratch, with the default values.

Important Note: Please be aware that, for this technique to work correctly, Native Access should be closed completely (and even better, if you can shut down NTK service through your task manager).
After the process, restart your computer before you open Native Access again (otherwise it will re-install dependencies, as in your case, because it "thinks" that NTK service is missing).

If you did the process as i mentioned above, Native Access should open now.

Downgrade to an earlier version is rarely a solution and should be used only as a "last resort" and only after we tried all the troubleshooting solutions.

Well at the moment I can't access any of my libraries in Kontakt, so I am looking for the quick and dirty solution. Before upgrading to 3.18.0 it was working fine and always keep Native Access up to date.

So, your issue is about Kontakt, not about Native Access, is that correct?

Can you load Native Access successfully? or you're also stuck in "loading products"?

Because Native Access is not loading, Kontakt is reverting to a pop-up asking me to register in Native Access, Try a Demo, or Purchase…. For a brief second I can see all my libraries before that pop-up appears.
