Traktor Pro 3 LE for Z1 to Traktor Pro 4

Hi,

I have Traktor Pro 3 LE for Z1 and I bought "update Traktor 4" but it's impossible registered Traktor Pro 4.

just Demo Version.

i installed with native access and i can't registered T4. In native access i can see Traktor Pro 3 LE for Z1 (Traktor T3 LE and Traktor Pro 4 demo.

    Is Traktor LE actually Traktor Pro? That update might not work on LE

    Please note that the following products were included with Traktor Pro 3 until 16/07/2024: Traktor Kontrol S2 Mk3 Traktor Kontrol S3 Traktor Kontrol S4 Mk3 Traktor X1 Mk3 Traktor Kontrol Z1 If you purchased one of these products before 17/07/2024, you are eligible for the update offered here. If you purchased one of these products on or after 17/07/2024, you already have Traktor Pro 4 and only need to install it from the Service Center. ©

    I haven't heard anything from support.
    I still can't import my license into Massive Instrument.

    I received an email from sales telling me that the Traktor 4 (upgrade version) license number was registered, but now I no longer have it in my license account!
    It's definitely very complicated.
    There's no information about the Traktor 3 version, whether it's the full version or not. It's not mentioned anywhere.
    I'm in the process of purchasing a full Traktor 3 license...

    Hello andre philippe, I checked your ticket and your account, it seems like you had a Traktor Pro 4 Update for Traktor Pro 3, which requires Traktor Pro 3 a s a base product. This was the reason why you were having this issue. However, when I checked your account, it seems like you have just registered the Traktor Pro 3 and Traktor Pro 4 Update for Traktor Pro 3 in your account. So I assume that the issue is resolved. Can you please confirm that?
