How do i install NTKDaemon?
I'm a first time customer, and i have issues with downloading NTKDaemon for Native Access.
It starts downloading for a little bit, but then it shows the error message
"NTKDaemon Setup has failed: "FALSE". Please check your settings and try again."
I looked on these forums, and someone had the same issue, but the explanation was not explained very well.
Hope someone could help.

Try to install this version (1.23.0.0) manually

Have you contacted support? Sometimes they need some days to answer, therefore I would start to move in that direction while waiting to see if someone here can come up with a solution, so that, in case no one will be able to help you here, the other road is already activated

i did send a ticket, before i even made original post. They also answered today that they wanted a screenshot of the problem. So i think they're trying to sort it out.

Hello allriser, please go to the link that I have sent above, and please make sure you login to your account before, then you should see the option to create a support ticket on the right bottom of your page:
Generally the issue is causing by not logging in to your account while creating a ticket.
