I can't see my Komplete Select license
Hey, so, I've just purchased the Komplete Kontrol S88 Mk 3 a few days back. Launched it, registered, installed Native Access. The problem is, I can't see, or choose, my Komplete Select bundle anywhere, nor do I have its instruments. I'd like to choose Select Electronic, but I didn't have any choice. Am I missing something? Is there any way to contact NI directly to get my license? Thanks in advance!

When registering the keyboard hardware then should have gotten an email with a voucher which will allow you to go to the N.I. shop and buy buy/get the Komplete 15 Select of your choice for zero. So please check your emails including the spam folder for this voucher. Also you should have gotten an email with a code to get Ableton Live Lite.
If you did not get these emails then please contact N.I. Purchase Support .

Hey, thank You SOO much man! In the tutorial it was told that my license would automatically be added into my Native Access, so I didn't think of checking every single email. Also, yes, it was in spam. Thanks a lot, have a great day! Happy creating!

@PoorFellow hey mate, I have another question. So in that email there is also a voucher for "any NI Kontakt Instrument". But when I try to redeem it in Native Instruments shop, it says it's not valid. Where can I redeem this code?

This is usually a matter of people not reading the fine print. You did not mention if it is a discount voucher or one of the pick a 'free instrument' , but rules are the same , vouchers can not be used for anything already discounted (if so you have to wait until not discounted) , can not be used for upgrades , updates or bundles , can not be used for NKS partner libraries ,
