the native id login doesn't seem to work on izotope, the website nor the product portal.
anyone else with this problem or a solution?
I suppose that you are referring to after having gone through the log-in credentials unification ?
Yes , I have seen the app do that once but on a second attempt then it worked just fine.
Else be sure that you have updated the iZotope client to newest version and maybe try a reboot. Then check if that helped when entering credentials manually if you can do that to make sure that you are entering password correctly. (as opposed to using e.g. a password manager) .
Else then you have to contact either iZotope Purchase & account support or N.I. Account Support
