Izotope install from Komplete 15

I recently purchased Komplete 15 Ultimate and understood that the bundle comes with Izotope products—Ozone Standard, Vocal Synth 2 and Trash. I swear I have never received an email from NI with Izotope details and have checked Spam/Junk/Trash. I've also opened a ticket for this and have not heard back from anyone.

Has anyone else had this problem? Yes, I have created a separate account at the Izotope site and no, my serials are not listed there. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

@mr_seratonin_man My colleagues got back to you and confirmed what @mykejb mentioned here. The Izorope products contained in Komplete 15 should show in Native Access. Make sure that you are using the last version: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

I see those in Native Access. Click the Library tab on the left, then Brands in the selection bar at the top. You should see iZotope in there. Click that and you should see Ozone/VS/Trash in that section.

Now I have a new question. If I want to upgrade to RX11 Standard, where would I find the serial number? My serial number for Komplete 15 does not work and Izotope Product Portal does not show any product other than Izotope Imager as a product I own.

Is there not an upgrade path for owners of Izotope products as part of Komplete 15?

There is no upgrade path for RX11, there is a crossgrade path for these bundles/products:
