Hello!
I purchased a Maschine 2 product second hand, when I started installing software, I ran into problems. 1) the software is outdated and cannot be found for installation.2) I can't contact the seller to get a license. I feel deceived((I beg you to help me.This is my first controller and I really hoped to become part of the Native Instruments work flow..

@Jeremy_NI When a message get posted like this (I haven’t understood what could be the cause…I suspect using some type of translator is involved) you can scroll it to the right to read it all

Maybe these could be the solutions to your issues:
- Maschine MK2 came with Maschine 2 software, which should still be available for installation in Native Access (maybe you have to enable the “show discontinued products” choice)
- If you cannot contact previous owner to ask him for the License transfer, you must contact NI support and explain them the situation (they could ask you for proofs that you own the device (like pictures of the bottom showing the serial number used by previous owner)
One thing is strange: if you don’t have the new serial to register the device, it is normal that you don’t find the software in Native Access to download. It has nothing to do with it being outdated. Simply Native Access doesn’t “know” you own the software.

Messages like that most often can be edited and re-saved to behave , in between it can be tricky but I do it regularly as I have done with the one in question here.

If there is any software to be had for free then you will get it by registering the hardware. If support can help depends on the exact situation.
All such issues are handled exclusively by N.I. Account Support
Contact N.I. Account Support with proof of purchase and a picture of the serial on bottom of device and explain the situation

Yeah, usually that's what happens for me too but this time for some reason I wasn't able to.

On iPad it was scrollable simply with the finger.
Maybe this time it was formatted in an even ulterior different way causing problems on computers.
Btw: do you have a clue why this happens? It’s using translators involved (like copy/pasting from some strange formatting site)? Or it has something to do with which device is used to write the post?
It would be nice to know what is causing it, so that we could suggest users how to avoid it.
@Roman Saenko have you done something peculiar to post what you wrote? (Like the things I mentioned above)

this can happen when you're copying text from other sources, online translators, websites, articles.
