Komplete Kontrol M32 Ableton integration
So I have recently purchased the Komplete Kontrol M32 and running Ableton Standard 11.1.5, I have installed all of the software so all NI Kontrol versions are up-to-date. My OS is MacOS Monterey 12.4.
My issue is that the Ableton integration seems very poor unless I am doing something incorrect, as far as I understand I only have to set the Midi Preferences to
Control Surface: Komplete Kontrol A
Input: Komplete Kontrol M DAW
Output: Komplete Kontrol M DAW
People have pointed me to this video (https://youtu.be/i6-PR5FrnJA), however I believed this was no longer required as the scripts had been updated.
Thanks

Thanks for your rapid response, but that basically outlines what I have stated above.

Do you have also set control surface like shown in the article, you did not mention it above. Have you started komplete kontrol stand alone one time at least? This could bring up a firmware update.

@OneLove Make sure that both Ableton and Komplete Kontrol both have Full Disk Access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

So wait, you can not natively control Ableton's plugins with M32? I thought I'm doing something wrong, but it turns out NI fooled me in believing that the Plug-in button is actually useful inside Ableton.
This workaround on the video is so sad. You can't even see the parameters names on the M32 display.
