I mean it's not really not working it's more like I had it on my previous laptop, and now that it's inusable as in I can't launch it or anything plus it's not with me currently I can't get my serial key up and running. It's saying that I already have it registered on my previous device but I can make sure it's not usable.

What hardware are you referrring to?

What's "inusable"? The hardware? Software? The laptop?

What can't you launch? What's not with you? The hardware? The laptop?

If you've already registered the hardware to your account, you don't need to add it again. It's already there.

My old laptop is inusable, my hardware and everything is fine, i can't use my Serial key as it says i'm already registered.

Let me explain it a bit more. So I enter Native Instruments, and when i go to enter the Serial key it says it's already in usage but I can't get to it to transfer ownership to me

Transfer ownership to you? From who?

    Once again,

If you've already registered the hardware to your account, you don't need to add it again. It's already there.

As written by PK The DJ then if you have already registered the device and software (?) then all you need is to download latest version of Native Access for your OS and log into that. Then your software should show in Native Access if compatible with your OS and not legacy. Legacy software might require you to turn on show legacy software in N.A. settings for the software to show. N.A. will not show software not compatible with your OS.

As for the hardware device then we don't know what is your OS or your exact device but if the device requires drivers for your OS then you should be able to find them here.

You should be able to see any serials connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page.

If you have already registered the serial in Native Access using another account that you have no longer access to then you will have to ask Account Support Check this article "I Have No Access to My User Account". They can also help you merge two accounts if needed.

Then when logged into correct account in Native Access then you should be able to install your Traktor software.

If the software shows on Account and not in Native Access and the software is compatible with your OS and N.A. is set to show it (e.g. legacy) and N.A. still does not show the software then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

If the problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .
