Hello, my "Komplete Audio 6" won't connect to my PC. Latest driver, several times installed, no change, windows 10

Have you tried a different USB cable/port on the PC? The the MK6 work previously and stopped working or has it never worked? Does the unit light up when you plug it in or is it dark? Does it show up in device manager, either as an audio device or as unknown?

Usb as delivered with the KA6, it worked properly before, it does not light up, it shows not in the device manager, thank you for your advice

It sounds like the KA6 has died. As a last resort you can try another cable and/or another laptop/PC if you have one, but it's likely it's dead. You'll need to contact support to arrange a return/repair which you can do here -

Don't take it personally, the chatbot hates everyone. Unfortunately there's not another way to contact support at the moment. Are you logged into your NI account while you're using it?
