Guitar Rig 6 - no factory presets left

Hello,
As I said in the title, my Guitar Rig 6 software has suddenly deleted the factory presets and it no longer saves the presets.
I have reinstalled the software via Nativ Access but the result is identical. Do you have any information to give me on this subject? Well, it's not so much the factory presets that concern me but the fact that it no longer records any presets really bothers me, especially as all my presets have disappeared.

Please use English
Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Then try this fix : My Guitar Rig Browser is Empty or Incomplete
Else try uninstalling GR6 again
Then use the reg tool to remove GR6 if there ( FixingSoftware Update Installation Issues (Windows)) ,
Then reboot
Then reinstall GR6
If still not working try the fix again : My Guitar Rig Browser is Empty or Incomplete
Then if still not fixed then contact N.I. Support Other products

Hi Poor Fellow, thanks for your answer, I used the soft "Fixing sofware Installation Issues"
Removed GR6 and re-installed from Native Access, right now , all is fine, product with presets,
