wrong content location

my content location is set to ext drive but native access puts it in internal drive

This happens if you try to set an external location and the same time keep the original internal location , to avoid this from happening the rename the internal location directory e.g. from MyContentLocation to MyContentLocation_OLD. And after renaming the internal location then N.A. can no longer see it and you should be able to set to external drive.

You fail to mention even basic information such as computer type , exact OS version and Native Access version. However then your mountain lion user profile says 'mojave'. This is a problem in as much that that OS is no longer supported . Ref. : Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on mac OS . And alas then some downloads require a newer OS even to show in Native Access and some downloads require latest version of Native Access to show in Native Access or for the download to work correctly.

As for the Guarneri violin download then it has been impossible for me to determine what is the requirement of that specific sub product. But a general advice would be that you can try to install the download from the file in the download folder , or delete all content from the download destination folder and then try to download it again.
