Traktor Pro 3 license issue

I have a Traktor Kontrol 3 Pro with a license for Traktor Pro 3. i got a new computer, but in Native Access, Traktor Pro 3 no longer shows as available, even though yi already uninstalled it on the old computer. It's not possible to enter the serial number because it's already registered in the system.

@Janco Ok, thanks, so it's not a compatibility issue, I quickly checked your account and there's no trace of any serial at all. Do you have another NI account, attached to a different email address?

I see that you already submitted a request, using the password recovery typeform, it could be related to your NI account. My colleagues will get back to you anyway.
