K7 is now retired. It is only possible to obtain a license via third party transfer now.
And regarding your "ticket" - you need to engage on chat and a ticket will entered. There is no "ticket" button.

Ok, very interested in this "third party transfer" then, since it seems to be working very well while version 8 no longer works. So that would be my only option to use Kontakt libraries.
What is that this "third party transfer" thing, and where can I buy it?

"Third party Transfer" = getting a third party (AKA another user) to sell you their license.
The NI Acct area allows for license transfers to be moved between different NI accounts.
All you need to do is find someone who wants to cut a deal on K7, do your transaction and have them transfer the K7 license to you.
Could be a tall order tho - first you need to find a user who owns a standalone license of Kontakt 7 and of course - wants to sell it to you.
AND - you are making some assumptions that buying K7 Full will actually work - simply because "Player" does. None of these products are designed to be used with Linux. If something goes south on a third party buy - you won't be getting a refund there.

Isn't there a .exe of the Native Access 3.16 that I could download directly? (instead of going through some installer).
latest version of Native Access for your OS is V. 3.16 the name N.A. 2 , confusing as it is is just that , a name and nothing else it is still 3.16 which you will see if you download it and unpack it.
How can I install Kontakt 7 full version?
I have Player installed and it works perfectly on Linux, if only I could get version 7 instead of 8 I should be fine
To use version 7 full then you need a full version license which is not sold anymore.
You can try and buy a secondhand license through the N.I. Forum Buy / Sell / Trade , be careful so that you do not get cheated.
As for downloads to install then here you go :

in case of download problems then try logging in into Google first, if that don't help the copy the download to own Google drive before the download

@Vocalpoint ok sounds very good. I'm willing to bet that version 7 full will work if it works without the serial (which is the player version) because I tested a few libraries with that Player 7 and it's all good (until I get interrupted by the upgrade prompt). Player and Full are the same binary correct? It just becomes full once you put the serial?
@PoorFellow they'd better refund, otherwise I'll call that a fraud and will step things up with bank dispute and then small claims court if the dispute fails. Unlike version 7 there's no way to test it so you only know that version 8 doesn't work once you bought it…
Of course there's also the fact that it's outrageous for a company of that size to not even bother making a Linux version (like BlackMagic did with DaVinci Resolve for example) or at least checking that it works. There are a lot more people in multimedia industries running on Linux than most people think, and yes they have the means to pay for stuff, they don't choose Linux because it's free, they choose it because it's the best.

That is my understanding. However - it still does not guarantee correct operation under an unsupported OS.
Just be prepared to be on your own if it does not work.

Sure, Player 7 seems to work flawlessly so I'm willing to bet on that one.

Correct. The final version of K7 was v7.10.7 - released on Dec 2 2024.

As a Moderator here then I have no real say in anything N.I. and I am not in any position to make promises or make warranties. However please do not confuse what I write with what is N.I. opinion on the matter.

As far as I know then N.I. never has pretended that Linux is supported or would be supported so do not understand this 'outburst'. Again , please do not confuse things. As a person then I can understand that you would like for Linux to be supported by N.I. and a lot of stuff would be a whole lot different with respect to that if and if and if , but that is not how it is. There are one or more threads about Linux support if you want to familiarize yourself with some of the debate that has been going on, like e.g. this now closed or this still open. Or this about Kontakt for Linux.
Apart from what I have already done then I am unable to help you with any of this .
I hope that you get things sorted to your satisfaction one way or the other.

@Jeremy_NI Thanks. Unfortunately the person who responded to my email (Daniel) didn't read much and gave me some PR/cookie-cutter response (and did not read this thread).
Could you please have someone turn my Kontakt 8 serial into a Kontakt 7 that I can add to Acces 1.14 ?
This is the only way to solve my problem. I don't care about the price ($299 for an old version is fine) I just want it to work, and for anyone running exclusively only Linux that's the only way to have Kontakt.
I guess all you need to do is go in my account and:
- Destroy that version 8 serial
- Use your old keygen to add a version 7 to the account.
And BAM, you just saved the customer, instead of having them go through hell dealing with potential scams when trying to have another customer sell them their version 7.
