I bought Kontakt 8 over an hour ago, still nothing in Native Access

Hi,

I bought Kontakt 8 about 90 minutes ago, got all the confirmations by email and the serial in the web portal.

It still doesn't show in the Native Access program (yes I refreshed of course).

I tried manually putting the serial into Native Access and it seemed to work, but I still cannot see Kontakt 8 in the list (see screenshot).
