Nobody got "scammed". The OP is just being too stubborn to realize that support workers can't do magic things. Like refunding when a voucher was used, and the case doesn't allow for a simple refund.

Go to the store page. Click the person logo in top right > order history.
It shows discounts, don't know if it shows specific voucher offers used.

Again, nobody got scammed. So, yes, that is a complete lie.
I'm not surprised that it's you again who advocates this kind of behavior. Always the same people.

True, with all those lies about NI "scamming" their customers, it surely will have an impact on some people. Although this kind of behavior, calling everyone a scammer, and acting entitled, is surely the trend recently.

To OP: since a NI employee (Daniel) clearly told you “Please place an order at full price and I will manually issue a refund of 50% + 10%.” and you have the proofs, you have all the right to ask for that statement to be respected (well…in fact this is not only a right, but the law).
Just prove them you bought it at full price only because of what they told you and ask to maintain the word that has been given. All the rest… just opinions…
@Jeremy_NI could you have a look at this situation? And possibly also at the behavior of “some” users here in the forum?

They responded by giving the ticket to the person who promised the refund and he apologised for the incorrect information given collegue. I was given the refund in the end. Thank you LostInFoundation for actually helping my situation. Chk071 seems like a toxic forum member, in my situation I did not lie about anything and could very easily have never gotten a refund. Given their response time I felt I had to post something.

This was not a difficult situation. There was NO voucher used and they denied a refund when in the very same tickey they said to purchase it at full price and I'd be given a refund. There is no "magic" to be done here, one employee did not look into my situation, saw the word "voucher", and automatically assumed I was to be denied all refunds. That is bad practice, you are just a grumpy forum user

Out of curiosity: you got a refund of 50% + 10% as they promised or they canceled the sale? What I mean: now you own your Komplete and paid the right price for it?

They gave me a refund of an amount that made my total price what it was during the holiday sale with the voucher (the amount that I was to pay before opening the ticket). I am very thankful for them keeping their word

Happy the situation got solved.
And… congratulations to NI for doing the right thing.
I can be a guy who criticize when I think something is not correct, but I’m also able to render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's

The situation was not difficult indeed:
Something went wrong during a sale (probably because of technical issues).
Then someone from NI, instead of calling others liars, checked the situation and provided a solution.
But something else went wrong (this time because of communication issues)
In the end, everything was sorted.
Once again without calling anyone a liar
