Native Access "Download failed"

Hi all, If anybody has a solution to this it would be greatly appreciated. I'm not having much luck getting through to the NI tech support.

I recently updated to Sonoma . I have the latest version of NI access with NTK daemon and NI Access enabled in Disk Access. I've tried deleting and re-installing as well as restoring the default download locations for content .

Private relay is set to off in iCloud. Any help would be great as I've got some sample libraries I'd really like to install but keep getting "download failed"

    Just in case anybody is having the same issue I just wanted to post that we figured it out. I was running Vienna Ensemble Pro on a separate network connection . all I had to do was turn off that connection so that the only active network was my internet connection. all downloads work now. thank you NI for sending the article ! here it is just incase anybody needs:
