S49 Mk3 with Maschine MK3 whats happeing?

I am having issues with Kontrol S49 MK3 displaying what maschine MK3 displays. I purchased the keyboard so I could play keys and use a drum machine together. At this time the maschine and S49 are not communicating I get mixed tracks of plugins crossing over and it was so simple in the past, I had MK2 S49 I am not new to this but something is a mess here - anybod able to help me. (ps i have enabled the file access) firm ware is up to date. I have a high quality cable going from USB C from the S49 to USB in my iMAC. - I have never felt this restricted from creating. I came back from Canada a few years ago and pass all my native kit on I had there to a fellow musician and rebuilt a mini studio here. Maschine is fine, but S49 MK3 is not working, and thats the most expensive of the rebuild.

@PaulRowland Have you also updated the Hardware Connection Service (1.8.7)? The Komplete Kontrol plug-in (3.3.4)?

Is everything working as epected in Komplete Kontrol in standalone?

Do Maschine, Hardware Connection Service and Komplete Kontrol have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Do you use CleanMyMac?

The mk3 S series keyboards have basic capabilities with maschine now compered to the mk2.

so I am sorry to say that if everything is working and up to date, that's basically it.

maybe in the future they will improve it but I dont know.

It was working before the firmware update. Its not acceptable for a £600 keyboard thats supposed to work with maschine doee not.

oh wait, I miss understand, so after the firmware update of the same keyboard, it wasn't working anymore?

if you mean that, ignore what is said, what I understand was that you used to have a mk2 s49 and now a mk3 s49 that doesn't work with maschine as the mk2.

I am able to see the plugin for 1 group. if I add another group in maschine Kontrol remains on the first group. Also I can not use any transport features - Play stop record etc. Native any help on this please, I really want use the keyboard. But unless it works I will need to return it. Please help.
