Says voucher code is invalid when applied in cart

Hi, hoping someone can demystify this

I have a $99 voucher code (not given here as I assume it's unique). I received this as part of my Kontakt Full version purchase.

I have tried to purchase both Maschine 3 Full Version ($99) and RSI 1 ($99) separately and have attempted to apply the voucher to both (in separate transactions which I then backed out of). In both cases the voucher was rejected as invalid.

The FAQ says the voucher will not work if the product to be purchased is one of the following:

Updates, Upgrades, Crossgrades
NKS partner products
Hardware products
Educational licenses
Subscriptions
Products that are part of a special offer

But as far as I can tell they are none of these - so why won't the cart accept my voucher?

I believe that voucher is specifically for an “instrument”. Meaning Kontakt instrument.

Not on software apps like Maschine etc.

Rechecked the email - also applies to software instruments not just hardware

"This e-voucher is valid on all Native Instruments Kontakt instruments software downloads available at the NI Online Shop. It is not valid on updates, upgrades, crossgrades, edu licenses, hardware, NKS partner products, or products that are part of a special offer. The e-voucher is personalized and only for use by the appointed addressee/user. It is not transferable and may not be re-sold. The e-voucher expires if not redeemed within six months after receipt. If the total amount of the e-voucher is not redeemed, the holder is not entitled to payment of the remaining balance. Only one e-voucher can be used per product. The e-voucher may not be redeemed for cash."

hi yesterday i almost bought sunburst deluxe using the voucher, i stopped before completing the credit card n° etc. i try to buy now but it says: "The voucher code ‘HOLIDAY24-USD ’ has reached its maximum usage limit for you and is no longer valid for redemption." as if i had bought already… can you help?

The exact same thing happened to me. Same product. I was using a $99 voucher that i got for purchasing Kontakt 8. I opened a support ticket and I am waiting to here back.

Trying to buy an Expansion-Soul Magic and a Play Series Bouquet with a voucher and is says invalid. i waited til after Xmas because not possibly according to fine print. not sure why not today?
