I bought an used Maschine mikro mk3, the seller have already transferred the serial numbers and all the other stuff to me, I also registered all the serial number I got. But after downloaded the newest version of Native Access, I didn't found Maschine 2 Essentials and Maschine software in my Native Access. I already tried every possible methods but it's no use. It's been 4 days and it is really frustrated.

After looking up the community, I found that there are some people got the same problem like me, I already submitted the support ticket but haven't receive reply yet.

My MacOS is 14.2.1, and my Native Access 2 is the newest version. I wonder how many days I have to wait to get the reply and solve the problem? Thanks! (I‘m Taiwanese, my English is not so well, my apology if there is any wrong grammar.)

Maschine 2 is not the current version of the software any more, so you may need to enable listing of legacy/discontinued products in Native Access settings, so that the old software shows.

This is my first time using Native Instrument products, so there is no other software in my computer or Native Access. (Sorry I don’t know the name of the newest software)

    Hi,

Having the same problem. Bought an mk3 through Amazon. Installed Native Access and entered serial came within the box.

Maschine 2 or 3 is not listed among the products(registered or unregistered) under the link:

I tried to add the serial several times:

Here is what I did to debug the issue: Sharing so others don't have to:

    I am on Windows 10.

Ran into an old post: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000564125-Maschine-2-Legacy-Installers-for-Older-Operating-Systems

    — Downloaded legacy Maschine 2, my product finally booted up but the software requires activation, when I press activate now, it redirects to Bloatware Access again and fails to activate.

    — Downloaded legacy Bloatware Access and tried all the steps to no avail.

You contact the proper section of N.I. support and they will assist as best they can. The same problem is really not an accurate description , but contact N.I. Account Support or N.I. Native Access and Installation Support depending on what is the issue. In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care

Same experience here. I'm using a Microsoft Surface Book 3 with 2TB and 32 GB RAM running on Windows 11 Pro edition.
I first entered the serial number in Native Access 3.16.0 and product registration went successfully.
I then was prompted to install a series of libraries. I clicked on "Select All" button option which successfully downloadedand installed a total of 23 libraries. However neither the "Maschine 2 Essentials", nor the Maschine 2 Factory Selection
softwares showed up showed up in my library. Using "Search" option in Native Access showed no result, so I checked if
there were any other ways to download any drivers and ended up on:

Latest version listed are up to Windows 10!!. Maybe those are not just compatible, nor recognized on Windows 11.
This is an annoying situation not to say the least. Any help on how to solve this would be deeply appreciated.
