I ordered komplete kontrol 15 Upgrade , but it has not showed up in native access.
what do I do. this has not been a problem befor

You should be able to see any serials connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS,AND DOWNLOADS page , listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products.
If the bundle upgrade lists as not registered on the account page then use the serial in Native Access. If the bundle upgrade lists as registered and the products that you expect added from the bundle do not appear in Native Access then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS , else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
If problem persists then please contact N.I.Native Access and Installation Support . In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care .
Please notice that support response time is longer than usual due to the ongoing sale at the N.I. website.

don´t you got a registration key, you then enter in native access?
