Can anyone help? this is on a high spec Windows 11 laptop, I have tried Native access 1 and 2
Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS ,
Else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
Then if product is compatible with your OS (is compatible with Windows 11) and problem persists then N.I. Native Access and Installation Support , In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care .
