does anyone know how to contact NI ?
I have been endorsed by NI in the past, i'm using a lot of their hardware devices BUT i have never used Maschine Jam and Traktor S5 doesn't match anymore with my workflow. I am apparently not allowed to sell these devices, but i don't wanna keep them either. should i throw them away? There's got to be another way, right? it's a waste. Is it really not possible to sell or exchange them? I don't really want to give them away, in exchange for nothing either - it's normal, I've earned this equipment. if any of you have any recommendations, i'd love to hear from you. Thank u

If it is NFR equipment given to you as e.g. a 'Content Creator' then, as far as I know , then it can not be re-registered by other people. It's very great of you that you do not want to just throw away the hardware if can be avoided. However then no one other than N.I. can decide what is the solution , e.g. if they want the hardware back or if they will allow you to gift the equipment away or what ever. N.I. support is the proper interface to N.I. use.
So my advice is to contact either N.I. Account Support or N.I. Hardware Support . , In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care .
Please notice that support response time is longer than usual due to the ongoing sale at the N.I. website.

Please clarify. Native Instruments gave you the Jam and S5 for free?
Seems odd to me that you're considering just throwing them away, but not to donate them to someone (when they were "donated" to you in the first place).

Hey PoorFellow thank you very much for your answer. very enlightening. NI used to be easy to reach here in Paris, but lately I've found it very complicated so thanks !
Of course I would never have thrown away materials or anything, not the kind to waste in general. The fact remains that quality equipment that lies dormant is also a waste, well you know. But I don't want to part with it for free either, because equipment has a value in exchange for services with NI.
Anyway thank u !

Hey PK Throwing away equipment is obviously not an option. Well, as you know, there's no such thing as free. I mean, if I've received equipment from native instruments, it's for a reason I don't need to go into here. This equipment has a value and there's no real reason for me to part with it for free. I wouldn't think it fair. Especially as I'm looking to buy new equipment that's better suited to my practice. Is that clearer? It could be an exchange of equipment too

It seems to me that you answered your own questions. You received it for free, which comes with a caveat (you cannot sell it). You do not want to throw it away (despite the question in your 1st post). You don't want to pass it on to anyone else as a free gift either.
Send it back to Native Instruments then - or at least ask their advice.

yup that's exactly the point : it is impossible to get any answer from them. But i know what you mean the turning of phrase was not clear in the question. A mix of being french & writing too fast… but yes the question in the end was just : how the hell can i get in touch with NI
