Native Access Problem - "Install Loope"
I have a problem with Native Access.
I installed it and selected some content to install.
This works so far.
However, it remains in an endless loop when installing “Komplete Kontrol”.
it simply stays on "installing" and the installation bar moves back and forth.
I then gave up and installed Komplete Kontrol directly without Native Access.
This works wonderfully.
Now I can't install any further packages via Native Access because it keeps trying to install Komplete Kontrol and I can't skip it or remove it from the installation list.
Does anyone have an idea how I can do this?

This is assuming that you are on Windows and that you know how to show system files and hidden files in Windows explorer.
First then look in Native Access what is your download location in N.A. , then exit Native Access (no need to log out)
Then go to the download location and delete Komplete Kontrol
Then download Komplete Kontrol 3.2.1
Then uninstall Native Access from your computer.
Then delete the Native Access XML found in the directory :C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center
Then (if still there) delete the whole Native Access directory located at : C:\Users\[YOUR User Name]\App Data\Roaming\Native Instruments\Native Access
Reboot computer , run the Komplete Kontrol 3.2.1 Setup PC as an Admin, you ought not need to re-install KK drivers if offered .
Then run the downloaded N.A. installer as an Admin and allow it to do it's setup. (the above did not include removal of your NTKDaemon which ought not matter in this case)
By now N.A. ought to be started and logged in , but else then run the N.A. app as an Admin and log in.
Then give N.A. the short time it needs to find out that Komplete Kontrol has been installed and do not start any new updates or downloads until you have checked that it is OK.
If you followed the above in all details then that ought to fix the problem but should it somehow fail to fix the problem then you have to contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support . wow.. thanks for this detailed guide.
To be honest, I was a bit lost and am a complete beginner in the native universe :-)Can I link the content folder to another drive without any problems during the new installation? or are there any problems?
I just don't have that much space on drive C:Next year I'll buy a Mac Mini :-)

I wouldn't mix the two, I would do the one and when sure that worked then the other afterwards.
As for the changing content folder then N.I. also have these instructions:
Move / copy
Moving a Native Instruments Product to Another Location on Your Computer
Using the Repair / Relocate All Function in Native Access
Install
You should be able to click the three little dots right to the install options and there select Locate ,reference : Reinstalling a Komplete Bundle Without Re-Downloading Kontakt Libraries
